| Solutions to Increase Youth HPV Immunization, 2024-2026 - Pan-Canadian initiative led by the Urban Public Health Network with a funding from the Canadian Partnership Against Cancer | Immune Patrol : un jeu pour faire la promotion de la vaccination dans les écoles In collaboration with partners from WHO/Europe, this project aims to implement and evaluate the "Immune Patrol" game-based learning platform to educate fourth-grade students about infectious diseases, the immune system, epidemics, and vaccines. More specifically, we assess the feasibility of implementing the game in fourth-grade classrooms. Development of an information tool for school vaccination

MIICOVAC and MIIKOVAC Studies: A pilot project using motivational interviewing to increase COVID-19 vaccine acceptance/ to increase vaccine knowledge, 2021-2024 – Funding: Public Health Agency of Canada, Immunization Partnership Fund
The goal of these two projects was to adapt and test an approach to promoting vaccination. These projects aimed to offer an interview conducted by a counselor trained in motivational interviewing techniques to address the concerns of individuals who were unvaccinated and hesitant to receive the COVID-19 vaccine during the pandemic (MIICOVAC Study, 2021-2023), and to provide services to a broader public health initiative focused on catch-up vaccination and routine vaccines for children (MIIKOVAC Study, 2023-2024).
